Job Description: Mobily is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team on a remote basis. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. 2. Communicate with clients to address any inquiries or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Manage client accounts, tracking orders, processing payments, and updating customer information. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue. 5. Provide support to the sales team during client meetings and presentations, taking notes and following up on action items. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database. 7. Work closely with other departments within the company to resolve any issues or escalations.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong people management and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. 7. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment for remote work.
