Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Bawan Company is seeking an Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer support and account management. The Account Support Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our account managers.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their questions and concerns - Assist account managers with account maintenance tasks - Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product and service information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to account managers
