Job Description:
SABIC is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to our account management team, assisting with customer inquiries, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in managing customer accounts - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist with account management tasks, such as processing orders, updating customer information, and managing customer relationships - Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to the account management team - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer support - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong persuasion and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Remote work experience preferred
