Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Account Support Specialist to join our team at Saudi Post. This is a remote part-time position based in Jeddah, SA, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account management.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat - Assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and concerns regarding their accounts - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions - Take on leadership roles within the team to drive projects and initiatives forward

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Resourceful and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
