Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant for remote work in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and provide updates on services - Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's database - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics including call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings
