Job Description:
As a Call Center Associate at Advanced Petrochemical Company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through telephone interactions. This role is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, creative, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Utilize company resources to provide product information and assist customers with their needs - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues as needed - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database - Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality assurance metrics - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and service delivery
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using computer software and data entry - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
