Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Saudi Electricity Company is seeking a passionate and adaptable Call Center Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time remote work opportunity at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Provide information to customers about products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set for the call center

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to customer issues - At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred

Soft skills required: - Creativity in finding solutions to customer problems - Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to customer needs
