Job Description:
Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from Mecca, SA. As an entry-level role, we welcome individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar field.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. 4. Provide exceptional service and build positive relationships with customers. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. 6. Continuously update and maintain customer records accurately in the database. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Strive to meet personal and team targets set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
