Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

As a Call Center Manager at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote call center agents to deliver exceptional customer service and drive customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that the call center operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them - Train and coach call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to promote repeat business and referrals - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call center targets - Proficiency in call center software and tools - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Creativity and analysis as soft skills
