Job Description:
United Electronics Company is seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a remote work opportunity, ideal for individuals looking for part-time employment at a mid-to-senior level. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the call center operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity goals are met. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Train and coach call center representatives on best practices for customer service and sales. 5. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service. 7. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology to continuously improve call center operations. 9. Report regularly to senior management on call center performance and key metrics.
Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in call center management or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing a team and meeting performance goals. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and persuasion abilities. 5. Adaptable and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
