Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Saudi Aramco is seeking a Call Center Manager to work remotely from Medina, SA. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for managing a team of call center representatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the call center team, including managing schedules, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase productivity. - Analyze call center data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. - Train new call center representatives and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. - Driven and motivated personality traits, with a strong focus on achieving results. - Excellent cooperation and planning skills to effectively lead a team and drive performance. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Bachelor's degree preferred.
