Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is currently seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Medina, SA.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to assist them with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. - Utilize negotiation skills to handle challenging customer interactions and reach mutually beneficial outcomes. - Adapt to changing situations and customer needs to provide excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction. - Document all customer interactions accurately and timely in our system. - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Demonstrated independence and ability to work effectively in a remote setting. - Hardworking attitude and commitment to meeting and exceeding performance goals. - Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach positive outcomes. - Adaptability to changing situations and customer needs. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent.
