Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Mecca, SA. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and providing them with excellent service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or to provide them with information. 3. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services. 4. Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. 6. Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus but not required. 7. Must be driven and confident in dealing with customers. 8. Must thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
