Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting company products and services.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively - Promote and upsell company products and services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements - Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and service delivery

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a remote work setting - Resilient attitude and ability to handle stress and challenging situations - Leadership qualities and adaptability to changing circumstances - Proficiency in using call center software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
