Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative at Sipchem, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat communication channels. This position is remote and part-time, offering flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner 2. Provide accurate information about products and services 3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution 4. Conduct research to identify solutions and resolve customer concerns 5. Upsell products and services to increase sales 6. Meet individual and team performance targets 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 8. Follow communication scripts and procedures 9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Confident and independent personality traits 3. Strong persuasion and research skills 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 5. Ability to work remotely and independently 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
