Call Center Representative - Remote Work

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a dedicated and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess creativity and strategic planning skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
