Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Jeddah, SA. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from guests and assisting with inquiries or issues - Providing accurate information on hotel services, amenities, and promotions - Handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications to existing bookings - Resolving guest complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences - Following company procedures and protocols for handling guest interactions - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
