Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing information about our products and services, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers in a professional manner. 2. Providing product and service information to customers. 3. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the company database. 6. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 7. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service experience. 8. Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 5. Independent and resilient personality traits. 6. Strategic planning and innovation soft skills. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
