Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, and possess strong presentation and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
