Job Description: Panda Retail Company is seeking a passionate and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and escalate as needed. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Update customer information in the database during each call. 6. Follow communication scripts and policies when handling different types of calls. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction targets. 8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Prior experience in customer service or call center is a plus but not required. 5. Must have a computer with reliable internet connection for remote work. 6. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and motivated to succeed. 8. Strong planning and strategic planning skills.
