Job Description:
Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role and possess the ability to adapt to different situations and be resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 5. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers. 6. Meet or exceed individual performance goals and targets set by the company.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Adaptable and resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in resolving customer issues.
