Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Associate to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company. This is a remote work position based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner through chat support. - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account inquiries. - Provide solutions to customer problems by utilizing critical thinking skills. - Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support roles. - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. - Reliable with excellent time management skills. - Strong people management skills. - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
