Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a dedicated and independent Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Jeddah, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chat support to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolve complaints effectively. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to provide insights for product improvement. 6. Negotiate with customers when necessary to reach a mutually beneficial resolution. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 8. Vision insurance, Company equipment, and Free accommodation. 9.
