Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. This is a remote part-time position, perfect for individuals who are independent and reliable. As an Entry Level Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, and technical issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize strategic planning skills to prioritize and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously. 6. Adapt to changing situations and technologies to meet customer needs effectively.

Requirements: 1. Excellent written communication skills in both English and Arabic. 2. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 4. Strategic planning and adaptability skills. 5. No prior experience required, training will be provided.
