Job Description:
Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving the team towards achieving key performance indicators.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline chat support processes. 3. Monitor chat support performance metrics and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment with company goals. 5. Conduct regular training sessions for chat support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide quick resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve chat support operations. 8. Maintain a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation among team members. 9. Act as a liaison between the chat support team and other departments within the organization.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. 2. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions that have a positive impact on the team and the company. 6. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
