Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. This is a remote work position based in Jeddah, SA. The Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of chat support representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives to ensure customer inquiries are answered accurately and timely - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Monitor chat support performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach chat support representatives on product knowledge, customer service skills, and chat support techniques - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in chat support or customer service roles - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively - Driven and resilient personality traits with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
