Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chat Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support specialists to ensure high-quality customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategic plans for chat support operations - Monitor and analyze chat support metrics to optimize performance and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve chat support processes and tools - Train and mentor chat support team members to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Continuously improve chat support operations through innovation and process improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in chat support - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in chat support tools and software - Strategic planning abilities - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
