Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of support

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong strategic planning and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
