Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to resolve their issues. 2. Assist customers with navigating our website, troubleshooting technical problems, and placing orders. 3. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all interactions with customers. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. 3. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Adherence to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and data security. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
