Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is currently seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our remote team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries - Monitor chat support metrics and performance indicators to continuously improve customer service operations - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment - Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload - Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their concerns - Excellent written communication skills in both Arabic and English - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work efficiently in a flexible environment
