As an Entry Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Analysis skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries
