Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual communication channels. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise. 5. Maintain accurate client records and update account information as needed. 6. Assist with the development of client retention strategies and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Energetic and able to maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations. 3. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with clients. 4. Basic knowledge of strategic planning and the ability to contribute to client retention initiatives. 5. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
