Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Hokair Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely in Medina, SA and will require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at the Associate Level.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and fostering relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. Your role will also involve conducting research to better understand client needs and preferences, as well as creating presentations to showcase our products and services.

The ideal candidate for this role will be independent and dedicated, able to work effectively on their own while still being a valuable team player. Excellent presentation and research skills are essential for success in this position.
