Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Saud Consult is seeking a reliable and passionate Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Identify client needs and propose solutions to meet those needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly - Develop strategies to retain and grow client accounts - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve client relationships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Experience in people management and team leadership - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
