Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Client Relations Officer to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time remote work position based in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 2. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues. 3. Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 4. Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 6. Monitor client accounts and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual who is committed to exceeding client expectations. 2. Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
