Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team at Al Rajhi Holding Group. This is a remote work position based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences - Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional service - Evaluate client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong project management skills - Excellent analytical abilities - Passionate and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
