As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address any inquiries or concerns - Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client feedback or complaints in a timely manner - Provide product information, pricing details, and promotional offers to clients as needed - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Meet assigned targets for client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities

Requirements: - Energetic and driven attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong cooperation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in using MS Office applications and online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent qualification - No prior experience required, training will be provided
