Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Representative to join our team at Al-Yamama. This is a remote work position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with part-time hours and an Associate Level seniority.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently and effectively. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 5. Prepare reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels to help improve overall customer experience. 6. Assist in resolving any client issues or disputes that may arise. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients. 8. Attend virtual meetings and trainings as required by the company.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent leadership and negotiation abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
