Job Description:
ACWA Power is seeking a talented Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and helping to drive the success of our business. This position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Research market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth - Develop creative strategies to improve client satisfaction and increase retention rates - Provide regular feedback to management on client interactions and areas for improvement
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Confident and driven personality, with excellent communication skills - Strong research skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
