Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist on a remote part-time basis. As a Client Relations Specialist at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently and effectively - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and feedback, and implement strategies to improve client experience - Prepare reports on client interactions and sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities to address client issues and challenges effectively - Confidence in dealing with clients and resolving conflicts diplomatically - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
