Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

The Client Relations Specialist at Al-Yamama will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and service requests - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Assist in developing client retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal - Highly adaptable and able to work independently as part of a remote team - Passion for building relationships and providing top-notch customer service
