Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to join our team at the Saudi Railways Organization. This is a remote work position based in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address their needs and concerns - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up to date - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any issues or complaints - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to better serve our clients - Meet and exceed targets for customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 1 year of experience in client relations or customer service - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bilingual in English and Arabic is a plus
