Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

As a Client Relations Specialist at ACWA Power, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients remotely. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients - Provide support to clients as needed, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions - Prepare reports and presentations for clients as required - Stay up to date on industry trends and provide insights to clients - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Hardworking and driven attitude - Strong persuasion and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working remotely is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
