Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd as a Client Service Assistant. This position is for remote work, offering part-time hours with the ability to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat. 2. Maintain accurate client records and information in our database. 3. Support the client service team with administrative tasks as needed. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and overall service quality. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a client service or customer support role. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 4. Innovative mindset to come up with creative solutions to client problems. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
