Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Manager to join our team at Dallah Healthcare Company. This is a remote part-time position based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, requiring a mid-to-senior level of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, with strong decision-making and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Lead a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client service operations

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management - Strong decision-making and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
