Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and confident Client Service Manager to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. This is a remote work position based in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time position, the Client Service Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 3. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client service. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies for increasing client satisfaction and retention. 5. Communicate regularly with clients to update them on products, services, and any new developments. 6. Manage client accounts and ensure all service agreements are fulfilled to the highest standard. 7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or account management. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic initiatives. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
