Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a confident and hardworking Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility in location. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on activities and progress - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better serve clients


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client services or a similar role - Confident and hardworking attitude - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent time management abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
