Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Bawan Company is currently seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA on a part-time, remote work basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to provide high-quality service and address any inquiries or concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and drive business growth - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services - Prepare regular reports on client feedback and performance metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
