Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a highly dedicated and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client service or similar role, and possess a passion for providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct analysis and research to identify client needs and provide customized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports on account performance - Proactively seek out opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall client experience and drive client engagement

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client service or related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and research abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Passion for providing top-notch customer service - Motivated and proactive approach to work
