Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer in a remote work capacity. As a Client Service Officer at Zain Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues that may arise - Manage client accounts and ensure all client information is accurate and up to date - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients - Handle any escalated client concerns and work towards a resolution that meets the client's needs - Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong adaptability and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Fluent in both English and Arabic
